Customer service was very poor, my room was hot the ac did not get cool, the phone did not work, they closed breakfast early and my daughter didn't get a chance to eat. There was no ice the machine was broke, the internet did not have any signals, there was not any enough channels to watch and some was froze. I would recommend this to anyone, and I will not stay there again. The location was also bad.

The staff was nice and helpful.
The room was extremely hot. You are rationed out towels at this place. You are rationed out water and air . The room was clean , but very hot. The air is turned off most if the time. I was displeased with not having enough towels , being rationed out water to shower, and the room was so hot. I had to sleep in the love seat to get some air . I'm going back to the Hilton Hotel. Or the Crowne Plaza. Thanks

The hotel was clean and comfy and was such a good deal for the money. We only stayed one night but we'll stay again.
At 5:30 A.M., someone in another room started their shower. The pipes moaned so loud in our room so loudly that it sounded like a semi was being cranked in the bathroom. We were startled from sleep and when I called down to the desk, the guy told me to turn the water on in our sinks. ???

Rooms are big and well designed keeping in mind the traveller's needs.Approach to the hotel is a little difficult.
The wi fi was not working. This was due to some problem in the server. The hotel claimed that it is under repair. However, they compensated me with wired connection as an alternate.

Easy Access to freeway
Based on the online pictures and reviews, I really had high hopes for Comfort Inn Southwest. Upon arrival I begin to feel like I made a bad mistake. The location is in a bad part of town. I figured as long I stay in the hotel I'll be fine. There was also a "no money back" requirement so I knew there was no turning back now. The entryway carpet was filthy with stains and water spots. I immediately thought, "If this is what the entryway looks like the suites don't stand a chance." I was 110% correct. The carpet in the room was filthy the entire room had a musty mildew like odor. There were ants everywhere! In the bathroom as well as the desk and kitchen area. To top it off I was attacked by a huge flying Tree Roach of which I killed and flushed down the toilet. The television remote was soiled with God knows what and had tape around it to hold the batteries in. The television had only about 15 channels to choose from, most of them were local channels. One night a truck with a camper decided to park in the parking lot and camp out, which was right outside my window. He pulls out lawn chairs and a bbq pit and starts cooking. The night after that a truck pulls into the parking spot directly in front of my window at about 2am..his lights beaming directly into my face. I didn't know what he was up to so I looked out the window and turned on the lights so that he knew that I was on to him. I was anxious to check out and end the misery. When I checked out I had to ring the bell several times and finally had to head into the eating area to find someone who could check me out. The man that checked me out said "ok that's it you can go" He didn't ask me how was your stay? Would you like a receipt? How many ant bites did you get...nothing? I video taped my experience and will definitely be going viral. I hope no one has to experience such an unpleasant stay.

Location, not too far from downtown and being able to access any tollroads/byways/highways were all close by. Staff was great. My reservations was not there but the staff went beyond and above to get me your number and have it fax to them..so that I would not be charge twice. Very helpful.
The pool was closed

Huge room, L shaped, which was nice when you have a playpen to set up. It would be great for a longer stay, such as a business trip, the desk was placed far from the beds. There was also an kitchen area, complete with a huge fridge, and a small dishwasher. Comfortable queen beds!
The water pressure was weak, but the shower was good nonetheless. The breakfast area had many empty baskets, and I had to ask for napkins, maybe because it was Monday morning! It looked understaffed, the desk clerk is the one that came to check on the breakfast area. But we still had waffles!
